Short welcome, you are asked to pay for the entire stay as soon as you arrive, despite having paid a deposit ... you are given the key and that's it, like in an ibis budget but more expensive
No WIFI, no 3G, no TV in the room
Buffet breakfast (very limited Covid measures ...) in a small room with 3 families all at the same time
No friendliness, the lady might have to change her job,
Disappointing experience, we will not go back
